Haiti Opportunity and Prosperity through Entrepreneurship (HOPE) Clean Water and Energy Program

dloHaiti is a social business that provides affordable, clean water to underserved communities in Haiti, a country where 70% of the population lacks access to clean water.

Through dloHaiti’s HOPE Program, we are helping Haitians solve the water crisis themselves. By transferring to local entrepreneurs the know-how and technology for running a sustainable water business, we aim to make affordable, clean water and energy available to all. HOPE (Haiti Opportunity and Prosperity through Entrepreneurship) isn’t charity. It’s social lending that gives local entrepreneurs the resources to setup and grow their businesses serving clean drinking water to their communities. It offers opportunity, not short-term band-aids.

dloHaiti is asking for your support to finance the water treatment systems, solar arrays, and local vehicles to expand access, i.e. social loans to:

• Grow water treatment systems to current sites

• Expand solar arrays so we use more solar energy to treat water

• Finance water treatment and solar equipment for new entrepreneurs with dloHaiti’s support

• Add local delivery vehicles to serve every corner of each community
